Rich Fruit Christmas Cake

Rich fruit cake with mixed fruit, cherries, nuts, peel and of course a generous dose of brandy added during the making and maturing process!

Each cake is covered in marzipan and topped with fondant icing.

Choice of 2 sizes 2kg and 4kg (approx).

Please order before 15th November to ensure the brandy's done its job by Christmas!
