Quiche - various flavours

Homemade Quiche — A golden, shorcrust pastry case filled with a rich, creamy egg custard and a delicious blend of savoury ingredients. Baked until lightly crisp on top and soft in the centre, it’s perfect served warm or cold for lunch, afternoon tea or a light supper (or if you're like me a sneaky snack!!!).

Each quiche is 'traybake' size, which gives 6 very generous portions or 8 'normal' ones. Cut it up smaller for parties and buffets - the choice is yours.

If you prefer a smaller challenge, there is the 8" (approx) round quiche.
